How to replace a version 1 (before 2022) with a GRIFFON V2?

The new version being more powerful, make sure you have a suitable waste pipe, install the unit aligned with the bowl, and maintain the required distance between the wall and the bowl. A water pressure between 2.8 and 4 bars is necessary.

Is replacing a GRIFFON complicated?

No, the installation is simple. Your new tank comes with an adapter bracket from the old to the new version.

On which types of toilets can a GRIFFON be installed?

It is necessary to have a rimmed or semi-open bowl, like the ones we offer.

Can a GRIFFON be installed on Japanese toilets?

We have not yet tested this compatibility. Please contact our customer service for a personalized assessment.

Is the GRIFFON compatible with a rainwater harvesting system?

Yes, provided that the water is properly filtered and the pump delivers a pressure of at least 2.8 bars.

Is a professional needed for installation?

We recommend our network of certified installers, but a handy person can install it themselves by carefully following the installation manual.

What tools are needed?

Adjustable wrench, hammer drill, pliers, level, or laser.

Can a GRIFFON be installed in an accessible bathroom?

Yes, we offer wall-hung or floor-mounted bowls compliant with accessibility standards, featuring multiple adjustments.

Reinforced box with internal protection, total weight approximately 40 kg.

What are your delivery times?

Between 7 and 10 business days depending on the destination.

What is the warranty period?

2 years, plus 10 years with warranty registration on our website.
