Terms of the 10-Year Warranty Extension

  • Valid only for L’Original and The Tube tanks.
  • Reserved for private customers or professionals for private use, not intended for collective or intensive rental use.
  • The extension does not cover defects caused by: improper installation or non-compliant use, poor maintenance (use of corrosive products, abrasive tools, etc.) or lack of maintenance, wear parts and spare parts (2-year warranty only)

What the Warranty Covers

  • The warranty extension covers functional defects of the tank kept in its original configuration (original parts and installation).
  • Important: to ensure proper operation, use exclusively the drop pipe supplied with the Hydroflush.

  • Mandatory registration: without registration within 180 days, only the legal 2-year warranty applies.
  • Documents to keep: invoice, packaging, and product accessories.

To activate your free 10-year warranty, complete the online registration form within 6 months (180 days) of the purchase date. You will need to provide the serial number, upload your purchase invoice, and supply your full contact details.

What happens if I don’t register my toilet within 6 months?

If your product is not registered within the allotted time, only the legal 2-year warranty will apply. The free 10-year warranty extension cannot be activated.

What exactly does the 10-year warranty extension cover?

The warranty extension covers functional defects of the tank in its original configuration (original parts and installation). It does not cover damage related to improper installation, misuse, poor maintenance, or wear and tear parts and accessories, which remain covered for 2 years.
